I started OZA because I couldn't find the clothes I wanted to wear.

The name comes from Oz — what Australians call Australia — and the A for America.

My name is Haley Glasgow and I lived in Australia, and I came home to Houston dressing differently than I left. Linen most of the year. Clothes that move, and that don't ask anything of you. Effortless but established. When I went looking for them here, what I found was either cheap and finished after a few washes, or the wrong shape and drape.

I left the corporate world to make what was missing.

How it's made

Every OZA piece is cut and sewn in Houston, by hand, in a single run. Not rolling production.

The linen is aero-finished, softened mechanically rather than chemically. It's soft the first time you wear it. The buttons are corozo — a nut, not plastic.

Small decisions. They're most of what separates a piece you keep from a piece you replace.

Between hemispheres

I'm back and forth between the U.S. and Australia. OZA sits between the two, which is most of why the collection looks the way it does.

Australia taught me the importance of linen. I want to show that it isn't just a resort fabric — it's made to breathe, and it works for travel, for the office, for running errands, and for doing nothing at all.
