Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship within the United States and to Australia. More to come, but only when we can do it properly.
United States
- Standard — $8. 3–5 business days once your order leaves us.
- Express — $15. 1–2 business days once your order leaves us.
Australia
Two ways, and the difference is time versus money.
- Express, posted from the US — $45. Tracked airmail from Houston, usually 7–14 business days once your order ships.
- Hand-carried — free. Your order travels to Australia with us on our next trip and is posted locally from there. Allow up to 8 weeks. Our next dispatch is late October 2026.
Prices are in US dollars, so your bank may add a foreign transaction fee. Orders under A$1,000 — which is every single piece we make, and most multi-piece orders — arrive without Australian GST or duty to pay at the border.
Pre-orders
The Linen Essentials collection is sold as pre-order. Every piece is hand made in Houston, and orders placed now ship by September 12, 2026. If that date moves for any reason, we'll email you before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Express shipping speeds up the journey from us to you — it doesn't change when your piece is made.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If a tracking number hasn't moved in three business days, email haley@ozathelabel.com and we'll chase it.
Wrong address
If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email haley@ozathelabel.com straight away. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can't redirect it, and we can't replace an order delivered to an address you gave us.
