Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We'd like to go further, and we will soon while we get the hang of things in the United States. 

Rates

• Standard — $8. 3–5 business days once your order leaves us.
• Express — $15. 1–2 business days once your order leaves us.

Pre-orders

The Linen Essentials collection is sold as pre-order. Every piece is cut from this season's fabric, and orders placed now ship by September 12, 2026. If that date moves for any reason, we'll email you before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Express shipping speeds up the journey from us to you, it doesn't change when your piece is made.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If a tracking number hasn't moved in three business days, reply to that email and we'll chase it.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, reply to your order confirmation straight away. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can't redirect it, and we can't replace an order delivered to an address you gave us.
